Hands down easiest and best experience buying a bike from a dealership. I called to check inventory and spoke with Greg over the phone who verified that the bike was at the dealership. He confirmed it and told me to speak with Cindy when I arrived.Cindy knocked it out the park. She listened to what I had to say and took every word into account. She lined up my test rides asap and worked with what I wanted. Other dealers try to force things down your throat but not once was this the case. It's hard to find people that will treat you like this.....especially at a dealer. She will be the only person I refer to anybody/everybody I know that wants a bike. I can't say enough positive things about Cindy.Overall this was the fastest transaction I have ever dealt with. I was in and out the door faster ever expected. They even worked with exactly what I wanted to pay and worked their magic to get me on the bike I wanted for the price I wanted.The entire team at this dealer is outstanding. A+++ customer service along with friendliness, knowledge, and attitude. Do NOT go to any other dealer but this one.

5 months after purchasing my first bike, I traded up to a dyna from my iron 883. Kevin hit me up and let me know there was a street bob worth taking a look at. Bought it that day and negotiated it down to a reasonable price. Kevin's a cool dude and a good salesman. Recommend asking for him when you walk in the door. I also really like Lou from parts. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. There's another really helpful guy from parts I spent some time with today but can't remember his name. Alex and Bill in service are really nice. They come across as honest people for sure.Shortly after purchasing the bike I noticed a few issues with it so I took it to get looked at. I purchased the ESP warranty but was told I would have to pay for labor. Long story short....Taylor from sales was able to dive into it and realized it was all a big misunderstanding. Warranties take a few weeks to get into the system. They offered me a decent amount in store credit above what I paid for in labor so I'll take that as a win. The entire issue has been resolved and was just a misunderstanding.My initial review of OC Harley from my first purchase remains the same. I recommend going and checking out what they got, especially as a novice rider. Never felt judged as the complete noob that I am and have even learned quite a bit from them. They're solid people for sure!

We stopped by Orange County Harley Davidson during our recent vacation. My spouse works for another dealer in New Mexico, so we like to stop and scope other dealers out during our travels.

When we pulled up, I saw the PERFECT '18 Road Glide Special.. Exact color and set up that I have planned. The sales team was superb and super helpful in getting me a price and any information on the bike.

Taylor, a newer sales woman, was incredibly personable and helpful. She understood we were on vacation and that I had to take some time to think about the purchase. Her follow up was spot on and she even took the time to send me pictures of the bike again, to really make the decision difficult.

I decided not to purchase, only because I have the resources in my home state to find and build the bike here.

The team at OCHD made that a hard decision to make, and Taylor was still so gracious even after I let her know I wouldn't be purchasing. I would buy from her in a heartbeat, if I was closer and didn't have access to a local dealer like I do.

We will be back again and plan to make this dealer a part of our normal rounds.

Ive been going to OC Harley service department for a long time to get my HD serviced, and have never been disappointed. The staff in the service department is top notch, and their knowledge and troubleshooting abilities are second to none. These guys have corrected some issues that were caused by another dealers service department neglect, and my bike always runs like a top after I get it in for a service at OCHD. The service writers are very friendly, and I find myself shooting the breeze with them while my bike gets worked on, and next thing I know its all done. These guys love HD motorcycles and can talk about them all day just like I can, so it works out great! They have a couple sitting areas where you can relax while your bike gets serviced, including a leather couch that overlooks all the beautiful new bikes. Great vibe here, super clean and friendly atmosphere. I wont take my ride anywhere else. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

This is only about the EV charger.I have used the fast charger twice after business hours and both times it was functional and was able to charge my bike perfectly fine.There a some outdoor chairs and tables perfect to wait while the charge is completed.More chargers would be ideal but so far no issues in wait times.For some reason, this charger is not listed in the charge-point app, you will find only by looking at the Harley-Davidson stores marked as electric distributors.

Bought a new 2022 Lowrider S from OC Harley last week. If there's anything I hate, it's vehicle buying from a dealers. That said, these guys were so good, I just had to leave them a review. The sales manager, finance guy and my salesman, Mark Delatorre, were all awesome. They made me a great deal, didn't play around with the numbers and didn't try to hard sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need. At the price I got this bike for, I was expecting some issue to pop up, but it never did. These guys are friendly, professional, straight shooters, who offered and delivered an outstanding deal. While there's actually another Harley dealership much closer to my home, I'm glad I drove the extra miles to OC Harley, it definitely was worth the trip.Thanks!

Blew a fork seal earlier this week on my Forty Eight. Steve came out to my house and picked up my bike and took it to OC Harley on Thurs morning. Bill called within an hour to let me know they were going to get the forks re-built. Pretty bummed as I thought I would be without my bike for the Labor Day weekend, but Bill called me Fri afternoon to let me know that my bike was ready to go!!

Forks re-built and new brake pads put on the to fork oil leaking on them. Bike was cleaner than when I dropped it off to them.

An exceptional and unique buying experience. Orange County Harley-Davidson makes the entire buying experience pleasurable and PRESSURE free. I initially reserved a Road King Special and at the last minute changed my mind for a bike they didnt have in stock, a Street Glide Special. That changed absolutely nothing in the manner Orange County Harley-Davidson treated me. Sure, a dealer could have attempted to pursue me into buying a bike that was in stock however; not O.C Harley-Davidson, they were more interested in making sure I rode off with what I wanted. Within three days they had the bike at the dealer and off I went. A special shout out to Joe Bando, as I highly recommend Joe. Joe made the experience worth every minute; friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable on the Harley brand, and also wanted to make sure I bought what I wanted. This H-D team is legit! Easy going and genuine people. I hadn't rode my bike in a while so the battery died. Called the OC H-D and they were quick to get everything fixed. They sent Alex (I think that's his name - sorry) who came prepared with a truck and a trailer to pick up my bike. We were chatting it up about the bike and I asked him questions like 'Do you think I should upgrade? What bike do you think I should switch to?' Easy sales questions, but he didn't try to sell me on anything he straight up said, 'You have a great bike here, no need to upgrade since this bike does everything you need, if you want you can add stuff to your current bike and make it better.' I've never had a sales person say that to me.. so I respected the honesty for sure!After he took my bike - I received calls from OC H-D with the lead service member, Bill (Billy). He is a dope dude - kept me updated on everything with my bike, was very clear and concise on what needed to be done + asking my thoughts before starting anything & charging my card. He absolutely crushed on the customer service end with answering all my questions + he even waited a little past closing for me to pick up my bike because of Uber and traffic. As soon as I got there, Bill was chatting it up with me right away then took me to my bike. I was stoked and surprised to see that Bill had even washed and cleaned it to look brand new since I hadn't rode in awhile. That was dope to see and very much appreciated.
